What naturopathy with Ann involves
At your initial appointment, Ann will spend up to an hour going through a detailed 15-page questionnaire with you. She will also carry out observation, urine testing, and blood pressure readings to build a complete picture of your health.
Your suppliment levels will be tested with the Quantum Genius machine. This device looks at the whole body frequencies and dynamics, how they interact, and where these interactions are. The idea behind the testing is that it looks at the whole picture. The device gives the operator information on what is needed to repair the body.
From there, Ann will identify the underlying issues and develop a programme to address them. This may combine dietary advice, nutritional supplementation, colonic hydrotherapy, biofeedback therapy, detox treatment, or other therapies as appropriate.
Every programme is individual. Ann works within your budget and at a pace that suits you.
