Naturopath & Colonic Hydrotherapist · Banbury, Oxfordshire

About Ann Knott ND

Ann Knott has been practising natural therapies since 1992. She works from The Natural Wellbeing Clinic in Banbury, Oxfordshire, seeing clients on a one-to-one basis from across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire.

Her focus is on finding the root cause of health problems, not just managing symptoms. She combines multiple therapies when appropriate, building a programme around the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

In her own words

30 years of clinical practice

I’ve been working in natural health since 1990, when I first started using hair mineral analysis to understand what was happening inside the body at a cellular level. I qualified in dietary healing and colonic hydrotherapy in 1992, and gained my Naturopathic Degree from the London College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Science in 1999.

Since then I’ve trained in a range of additional therapies, biofeedback, SCENAR, InterX, Quantum Genius, Peat Hyperthermia Detox, and Avalon LED, because no single therapy works for everyone. The body is complicated. I’ve found that combining approaches, based on what each person actually needs, gets better results than sticking to one method.

I’m ARCH-registered, which means my colonic hydrotherapy practice meets the standards set by the leading professional body in the UK. I take sterilisation and clinical standards seriously.

The clinic is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I see clients on a one-to-one basis.

How Ann works

Her approach

Ann believes that most chronic health conditions have identifiable underlying causes. Her role is to find them.

She takes time with each client, initial appointments are typically 1 to 1.5 hours, and uses a range of assessment tools including questionnaires, urine testing, blood pressure, and biofeedback scanning to build a complete picture of each person’s health.

From there, she develops a programme tailored to the individual, using whichever combination of therapies is most appropriate. She works within your budget and at a pace that suits you.
